67 Fiberhoods Go "Green"
Fifteen of 74 “fiberhoods” in Kansas City, Kansas, have met the minimum preregistration requirements to get Google Fiber in their neighborhoods. In Kansas City, Missouri, 52 of the 128 fiberhoods have turned green, the color on the Google website map that indicates the goal has been met. That’s good news for the schools, libraries and other public facilities in those areas, as they will be given access for free.
Preregistration ends Sept. 9. See all the rankings at Fiber Cities.
