Real-Time Information for First Responders

Create a mobile application that links in directly to city emergency services.  When there is an emergency call for first-responders, the people calling are able to transmit real-time video or photo information to dispatch.  Dispatch can then relay the real-time video or photos to the first-responder computer/mobile device screens in the responding truck.

As someone who has been on the fire truck for many a call,  I can tell you that only so much planning can be done before being on the scene of the emergency. Having additional real-time information would be very helpful in saving time to deploy equipment and assess the situation.  In a situation where you can only use what you can carry, carrying the correct tools is very important.
