Arts and Culture
I applaud the awareness of Arts and Culture in this plan and I think it can be enhanced--especially since Kansas City is clainming the title of America's Creative Crossroads. Since this is going to be a "new" public realm, I suggest including the creation of a Public Arts & Culture master plan -- both to further engage area creatives in a facilitated planning effort and to craft a framework that'll provide opportunities for artists to interact in this arena and push the proverbial envelope.
